FireRack allows network administrators to delegate control of firewall Security Zones (e.g. VLANs or subnets) to local administrators, without threatening the integrity of other Security Zones.
In organisations where a single firewall is protecting
multiple departments, or possibly multiple independent businesses, it
may be beneficial to delegate control of Security Zones to those departments
or businesses.
FireRack makes this possible without compromising on overall network security. As each Security Zone is independent of the others, it is impossible for a badly implemented rule in one zone to impact on other zones.
A single user can be delegates control of multiple security zones. With a single user account on the FMS they can manage any or all of these zones.

Web Browser based Control Panel
Each Security Zone on a FireRack can be managed seperately through the web interface on the FireRack Management Server (FMS).A single user can be delegates control of multiple security zones. With a single user account on the FMS they can manage any or all of these zones.
